TABLETS:
The Charleston R-1 School District is accepting sealed bids for student tablets.
Specifications for tablets: Android tablet preferred, equal to or greater will be considered. Prices are to include “White Glove Setup and Delivery” in relation to shipping and handling charges for inside delivery, asset tagging/configuration/set up at all schools. Any color choice is determined by Charleston R-1 Schools.
Winning vendor must provide a toll-free phone number that school can contact to obtain warranty service for tablets throughout the term of the manufacture warranty. Vendor shall provide labor to coordinate warranty related tasks with manufacture and provide round trip shipping, free of charge.
Sub-contractors are not allowed to provide onsite services, winning company should provide both the unit and install labor. Bids shall be good for a three (3) month period. Questions should be directed to Nate Burton, Technology Coordinator, at 573-233-6012 or email at [email protected].

Bids will be opened October 13, 2020 Board Office. The Charleston R-1 School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts of bids and to waive any informalities that would prevent the acceptance of a better bid.
WIRELESS ACCESS POINTS:

Specifications for Ubiquiti Access points: Unifi HD or comparable model. Prices are to include “White Glove Setup and Delivery” in relation to shipping and handling charges for inside delivery, asset tagging/configuration/set up at all schools, and one to three-year accidental warranty.
