Specifications for Management software are as follows: perpetual license term, 36-
month support term for Chromebook. Prices are to include shipping and handling
charges for inside delivery at all schools. Winning vendor must provide a toll-free
phone number that school can contact to obtain warranty service for Chromebooks
throughout the term of the manufacture warranty. Vendor shall provide labor to
coordinate warranty related tasks with manufacture and provide round trip shipping,
free of charge.
Sub-contractors are not allowed to provide onsite services, winning company
should provide both the unit and install labor. Bids shall be good for a three (3)
