STUDENT PERSONAL ITEMS:
Students may still need to pick up personal items from our schools and return library books and textbooks. A decision will be made after May 4 regarding item pick-up and drop-off schedules, and Building Principals will communicate these plans with families.
The Neighborhood Food Delivery Program will continue through May 15, with plans to continue the program as a summer food program.
CHS Grand March and Prom are cancelled and will not be rescheduled.
A modified Graduation Ceremony will be held on May 8 at 6:00 pm. Alternate weather dates will be May 15 and May 22. Mr. Williams will make a future announcement if Project Graduation is able to be rescheduled.
The Academic and Athletic Banquets have been cancelled. However, there will be a video announcement for Scholarship Award winners, set to premiere on the District Facebook page on May 7.
Parents can expect report cards to arrive via mail within 2 weeks of the original last day of school.
STAFF/FACULTY BUILDING ACCESS:
After May 4, Staff and Faculty will receive communications from Building Principals regarding schedules of when they are able to visit classrooms.
